Job Description
- Experience in leading online merchandising and trading functions at Director or Executive level for multi-brand retailers at a scale, with a complex product catalogue across online categories.
- Implement and develop strategy, and operationally manage online trading merchandising and promotions functions of eCommerce, across several teams of Online Trade Managers.
- Define the online customer shopping experience, setting a strategy for a WebRoadmap
- Manage and execute shopper marketing budget to generate positive ROI

Responsible for ecommerce division trading plans, online and omnichannel sales targets with special focus on the Middle East markets.

Intimately understands web product range selection performance online, retail core verticals (fashion, accessories, footwear, beauty and cosmetics, kids, and home furnishings). Owns product and product content strategy across all brands and markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years digital experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow into a leadership role managing other team members
- Dedicated and passionate personality, we are looking for someone who is results-driven and hard working.
- Extensive experience across a variety of marketing channels and tools, and a keen desire to learn and implement new tools that drive sales
- Be a thought leader in growth marketing techniques and keep up to speed with the latest trends.
