Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for a major developer. This role is pivotal in positioning the brand, driving high-impact campaigns, and ensuring consistent visibility across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will blend creative leadership with commercial acumen to deliver measurable brand equity and lead-generation success.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy encompassing digital, brand, PR, advertising, and promotional initiatives to support business growth and brand positioning.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget, with clear action plans, KPIs/KPMs, and ROI tracking.
- Strengthen the brand equity in the marketplace while maintaining consistency in brand promise and messaging across all platforms.
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
- Drive high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance online brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and execute a comprehensive events and promotional calendar to support project launches and corporate milestones.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of ATL/BTL campaigns, including digital, TVCs, video content, exhibitions, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate with agencies, media buyers, and service providers-setting performance expectations and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Establish a strategic partnership and affiliate marketing framework to broaden brand reach and impact.
Digital & Social Media Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of a strong digital and social media strategy to boost online engagement, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure alignment with brand objectives while embracing innovation in digital channels, influencer collaborations, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and pricing intelligence to inform development strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Support CRM integration and usage to ensure alignment with marketing needs and customer insight tracking.
- Lead post-engagement interviews and customer feedback initiatives to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities, aligning promotional strategies accordingly.
About You
Experience:
- 14+ years in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- At least 6 years of managerial experience, preferably within the real estate or global brand sector
Expertise & Skills:
- Energetic and strategic marketing leader with strong creative vision and business orientation.
- Proven success in brand development, product launches, and lead generation campaigns.
- Skilled in traditional and digital marketing, media planning, and agency management.
- Ideally knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
