Senior SEO Account Manager

Our client is currently going through an exciting time of digital growth and is growing their SEO team. Now they are looking to hire a strategic leader to develop and optimise the technical SEO strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Solid knowledge of Google/Bing Webmaster Tools accounts.
  • Solid knowledge of the search engine crawling and indexing process, while understanding the importance of things like XML sitemaps, robots.txt files and HTTP redirects.
  • Sound technical understanding of web server function, including common server error codes (e.g. 404).
  • Have a strong familiarity with the web development process, including the important points at which SEO must be considered.
  • Have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
  • Have working knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform pivot tables and VLOOKUPs is a plus.
  • Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience of managing SEO teams
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
