VP Digital Marketing

Our client, a startup based in Dubai is looking for a CMO to drive digital marketing, brand and CRM activities for the brand and also develop and expand the current team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Marketing verticals across Acquisition, eCRM, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, content and event marketing.
• Execute acquisition strategies to drive long term revenue change
• Improve marketing Infrastructure and automation
• Brand marketing, enusring streamlined and aligned marketing campaigns
• Define the online marketing strategy and have an influence on the ecommerce activities.
• Manage and execute shopper marketing budget to generate positive ROI
• Hire, develop and retain top talent
• Build Partnerships and onboard influencers to enhance the brand position.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial background
• Keen to work within a startup environment
• Has a passion for technology and digital
• Strong examples of previous leadership and best practice on optimising existing teams
• Ideal candidate will come from a hypergrowth online business
• 5-7 years experience within Digital Marketing
