Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for fintech and a flair for business development? My client are an international leading Fintech business based in Saudi, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across The KSA region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand the company’s fintech software solutions across the KSA region.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and other strategic partners.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to position our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Advocacy: Champion our innovative fintech software solutions, demonstrating their value and benefits to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the fintech or software industry, preferably with experience in the GCC market.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of fintech solutions, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • Education: Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Network: Established network within the GCC financial sector and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
