Business Unit Head – Security Operations

Salary up to AED 30-32,000 + Commission & Benefits!

I’m partnered with a leading distributor who is hiring a Business Unit Head to join their team based in Dubai. On offer is an attractive package and OTE as well as great benefits! In this position you will focus on growth strategies, ops efficiency, and profitability! As well as building and maintaining vendor partnerships ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and services.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing new business development, securing enterprise logos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market reach and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance to strengthen the portfolio and maintain a competitive market position.
• Managing a large unit of Security Operation solutions and a team of 2 BDM’s.
• Forecasting accurate pipeline and achieving set targets.
• Understanding and establishing deep knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and products.

Candidate requirements:

• A new business hunter with proven experience exceeding sales targets.
• You must have at least 4+ years experience in Security Operation sales.
• The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers at C Level, managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to network and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
