Customer Service Onboarding Specialist

We are currently working with a multinational company that is looking for a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
• Managing client information and registering clients on the portal
• Managing collections
• Providing a high level service at all times
• Helping other team members out when needed
• Being organised and managing administrative tasks
• Helping on reception when required

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience within customer service
• A great telephone manner
• Computer savvy; proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Strong multitasking skills to handle numerous projects and deadlines
