Project Director – Events Agency

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for creating unforgettable events and a knack for driving sales? My client are looking for a Project Director to lead the dynamic team and spearhead our event projects to new heights!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Innovate: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile events, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations and achieves outstanding results.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead sales efforts to expand our client base and grow revenue.
• Team Management: Inspire and manage a talented team of event professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their vision.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for each event, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Quality Control: Ensure all events adhere to the highest standards of quality and creativity, handling any issues that arise with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Proven track record in event management with a strong background in sales and business development within the events industry.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Drive: Demonstrated ability to generate new business, exceed sales targets, and build long-lasting client relationships.
