Renewal Specialist – Cybersecurity

Are you passionate about building long-term customer relationships and ensuring service continuity? My client is looking for a Renewal Specialist to join their dynamic team in Dubai! In this role you’ll be the driving force behind customer retention and satisfaction, playing a key part in securing renewals and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end renewal process – from initial engagement to contract closure
• Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships
• Maintain strong communication with customers to understand their needs and address concerns before they escalate
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with available solutions
• Track and analyze renewal data to improve retention strategies and processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer retention, renewals, or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you know how to listen, advise, and build trust
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai
• Experience in the cybersecurity is a must for this position
