Sales Executive – DOOH Media & Advertising

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing player in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising industry. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of digital media and a passion for building client relationships across the GCC.

Overview

As Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Director in driving new business, managing key agency and brand relationships, and delivering campaign success. With a strong focus on client engagement and business development, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across Oman and the wider region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead client meetings and sales pitches, tailoring proposals to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure delivery meets client expectations.
  • Track activity and performance in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting.
  • Provide post-sales support, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales collateral, case studies, and event logistics.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales within DOOH, digital media, or advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the DOOH landscape, including digital signage and media buying.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver results in a target-driven role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC for meetings and industry events.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales experience and network across the Oman and GCC media markets.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and programmatic buying in digital media.
  • Strong client service orientation with a proven record of building long-term relationships.
