Sales Executive – Travel Insurance

My client are dedicated to providing top-notch travel insurance solutions to both travel agents and brokers across the UAE. The team is composed of passionate professionals who strive to deliver exceptional service and innovative insurance products. Due to continued success, they are looking to hire a Sales Executive to sell their insurance plans.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in travel insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of travel insurance products, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and engage potential clients, presenting them with tailored travel insurance solutions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide clients with the best options.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Provide clients with detailed information about travel insurance policies, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience selling travel insurance (medical insurance can be considered – or travel related products)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of travel insurance products and the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Must haves:

• UAE Drivers License
• Hindi Language
• B2B Sales Background
