Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the creative industry and a passion for sales, with a proven track record in building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, establishing strong relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new business development.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build connections.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or related field.
  • Strong understanding of design and the creative process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
