Are you a sales professional with a proven track record of selling to key decision-makers in the MENA region? My client is looking for a Senior BDM to be a founding member of their MENA Sales Team, and help drive expansion in one of the most exciting markets in the world.
The role will include:
- Own the Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage the entire B2B sales lifecycle for enterprise customers in the MENA region.
- Solve Problems: Engage with prospects, understand their challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
- Communicate Value: Showcase how the company’s unique offering can benefit enterprises across the MENA region.
- Close Big Deals: Build and nurture your pipeline, negotiate complex terms, and seal the deal.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with legal, marketing, product, and other internal teams to drive customer success.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team initiatives that optimize our sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in the MENA region.
- Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting global clients, particularly in the Middle East.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Salesforce and CRM expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
- Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial
