Key Requirements
Drive the implementation of the Operational plan to ensure that the business is taken to market and drives revenue.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Ensure that KPI’s and targets set by the organisation are met or exceeded.
Assess the costs and benefits of Driver commission structures and incentive programs to achieve the set KPI’s and targets.
Manage the Fleet to ensure optimal utilisation and scheduling to maximise on road availability.
Drive the operations to increase productivity, improve processes and be innovative in the application of technology in order to achieve agreed service levels and customer satisfaction.
Embed a Customer service culture to drive customer satisfaction and delight.
