Cybersecurity GRC Consultant

We are seeking skilled Cybersecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultants with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh on a 12-month NTB contract.

The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority) standards, compliance assessments, and risk management. Arabic language proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity compliance assessments in accordance with NCA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist organizations in implementing cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies.
• Perform risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and security alignment across projects.
• Develop compliance reports, security documentation, and audit findings for key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on security controls, policies, and best practices to maintain a strong security posture.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other cybersecurity frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of NCA standards, compliance assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in developing cybersecurity policies, risk management plans, and audit documentation.
• Arabic language proficiency is a must.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with government or financial sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CISSP.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, and policy development.
