I am working with a huge consultancy who are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients’ customer journeys. You will work closely with a diverse range of businesses, understanding their unique challenges and goals. Your mission will be in the following areas: Customer experience, Customer Journey, and Voice of the Customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Collaboration: Partnering with clients to assess their current CX strategies, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Study the practices and capabilities related to the CX for similar entities, globally and locally.
  • Set a clear vision and strategic objectives in terms of customer experience.
  • Identify key strategic initiatives that will enable the client to realize the CX Plan.
  • Define KPIs linked to strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Understand and study customers and identify the segments, characteristics, and personas of customers to provide a personalized CX.
  • Develop a clear implementation plan for the CX Plan.
  • Design and activate the CX Excellence Program that clarifies all procedures, roles, and responsibilities related to the Program to provide a world-class CX.
  • Activate the customer journeys.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluating and implementing CX technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance customer interactions and optimize internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer experience consulting, preferably in diverse industries.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona development, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in customer experience management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest CX trends and technologies.
