Design Thinker

My client are leaders in the oil and gas industry.

The Design Thinker who will act as Project Manager and Lead to evaluate business problems and their contexts for exploring possible opportunities for AI-powered solutions (data products).

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate product ideation sessions, provide consultations to ideation team on design thinking frameworks and enhance current ideation processes where applicable
• Evaluate end user context and business problem to explore opportunities for A.I.-powered solutions (data products)
• Explore and propose new & unique ideas for AI applications
• Define data product requirements and brainstorm a range of solutions (A.I. or not) to satisfy the requirement
• Actively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including data scientists, engineers, and end users to optimize the data product design

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of solid experience in the Design Thinking domain
• Familiar with the agile methodology and relevant frameworks like SCRUM & KANBAN
• Skilled at design thinking to ideate and prototype solutions
• Excellent communication and soft skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Good understanding of latest AI capabilities and digital product design
• Certified design thinking facilitator or co-creator
