Director Technology Transformation and Architecture

About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic technology leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation and lead the architecture function across a complex, fast-paced environment. This role will shape the technology roadmap, establish architecture practices, and lead innovation across the organization. You’ll partner with senior leadership to define future-state capabilities and guide the execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the enterprise technology transformation roadmap
• Oversee the enterprise architecture function, spanning business, application, data, and technology domains
• Partner with business leaders to shape technology-enabled business models and capabilities
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies, including AI, and lead Centers of Excellence
• Build and manage a high-performing team of architects and strategists
• Champion the enterprise architecture practice across the organization
• Provide strategic insight on emerging tech trends and their business implications
• Promote alignment between technology and business strategy

What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years’ experience in IT leadership, transformation, and enterprise architecture
• Track record of delivering large-scale digital change in complex environments
• Deep knowledge of modern architecture practices, frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and digital platforms (SaaS, APIs, microservices, etc.)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience in innovation management and emerging technologies (e.g., Gen-AI)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture and Project/Program Management preferred
