Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing a CRM strategy to drive revenue growth with a large, fast paced company.
- Able to lead a CRM team, which includes administrators, developers and analysts.
- Worked in collaboration with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience – previously developed custom applications and solutions to meet business needs.
- Able to optimise CRM workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Execute training programs to ensure sales teams are effectively using the CRM and maximising its capabilities.
- Manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM-related projects.
- Monitor CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom CRM applications and solutions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
