I am looking for a Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer for my client, and take ownership of their multi-tenant OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) environments.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage & optimize OCP and ROSA environments, ensuring high availability and smooth upgrades.
🔹 Implement workload distribution and fine-grained access control using LDAP & RBAC.
🔹 Automate platform maintenance with Ansible and enhance monitoring with Grafana & Prometheus.
🔹 Oversee Kubernetes clusters, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
🔹 Support DevOps & CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins & GitLab.
🔹 Manage container registries (GitHub, Quay) and ensure license compliance.
🔹 (Bonus) Work with IBM CloudPak for enhanced platform capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
✔ Expertise in multi-tenant OpenShift & ROSA, scaling, and Operator management.
✔ Hands-on experience with Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus & automation tools.
✔ Strong understanding of RBAC, LDAP, CI/CD pipelines & security best practices.
✔ Familiarity with container registries (Quay, GitHub) & audit logging.
✔ Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
