Oracle EBS Technical Engineer

Project & Programme Management

UAE-Dubai Contract / 12 Months Up to AED126825.11 per annum

We are working with a global brand who are looking for an Oracle EBS engineer to join their team to lead the technical support of their ERP program. It is a 12 month extendable contract.

The package includes visa, medical along with 22 days paid holiday plus public holidays. The role will be based onsite in Dubai.

Role

  • Act as the lead technical point for the support of the Oracle ERP program across the business, working and guiding other IT team members
  • Engage with IT stakeholders to gather requirement and manage the applications within the parameters of the requirements
  • Work with teams to develop architecture based on project requirements to ensure standards are met
  • Provide guidance to project managers for design and development of the ERP program to stick to agreed budgets and timescales
  • Lead the documentation surrounding the support of the ERP program including design details, support procedures and implementation practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ Years experience with Oracle ERP in a senior position
  • Oracle database experience with knowledge of modelling, tuning & optimization with hands on upgrade experience (11g to 12c to 19c)
  • Working experience with Oracle EBS apps & database
  • Strong ERP support experience with technical and functional capabilities
  • High level communication and decision making abilities
