SAP S/4HANA Finance Manager

⏳ 12-month initial contract – with extensions

I am looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Manager to play a key role in shaping and supporting our Finance function as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.

🔍 Your Role

As the SAP Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead and support the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across key finance areas: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Accounting, and Planning & Budgeting
• Act as the Finance subject matter expert, offering day-to-day SAP support and guidance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and align SAP functionality with business goals
• Analyze and bridge gaps between standard SAP features and business needs, implementing customizations as necessary
• Provide hands-on support in end-to-end project phases, including testing, rollout, and post-go-live support
• Ensure high-quality, reliable SAP Finance solutions through comprehensive testing and collaboration with the Finance team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, MBA, or professional certifications are a plus)
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards
• Prior experience in the airline industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
