Oracle Functional Consultant – EPM Financials

6-month initial contract – with extensions

I am working with a leading financial institution in the UAE which is looking for an Oracle Functional Consultant, who specializes in EPM financials to join them on a 6-month initial contract:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in EPM Financials. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and support Oracle EPM Financials solutions that enhance financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM Financials solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation.
• Provide functional expertise and advisory support for Oracle EPM Financials, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Optimize financial processes by leveraging Oracle EPM tools and capabilities.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM product enhancements and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, user guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM with other systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a focus on EPM Financials modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM tools such as Hyperion, Oracle Cloud EPM, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
