Oracle HCM Consultant

UAE-Dubai Contract / 9 months AED15000 - AED20000 per month

I am working with a leading technology company here in the UAE that is looking to bring on an Oracle HCM Consultant on an initial 9-month contract:

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific organizational needs.

Consultation and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend Oracle HCM solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for utilizing Oracle HCM features.

System Integration:

  • Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system integrity.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Oracle HCM functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and industry trends, proposing enhancements to maximize system capabilities.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and patches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with expertise in one or more HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and functionality.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and data migration.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
