Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong Revenue Assurance (RA) background? I’m looking for a skilled professional to lead RA operations, optimize processes, and enhance operational effectiveness within telecom, utilities, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Revenue Assurance operations teams to drive efficiency and accuracy
✅ Oversee key revenue assurance processes like connection management, billing, service provisioning, and finance
✅ Work with large datasets and utilize leading RA tools to identify and mitigate risks
✅ Conduct risk and maturity assessments, improving RA controls and effectiveness
✅ Drive business process improvements across the Order to Cash lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
✔️ Extensive experience in Revenue Assurance (RA) operations
✔️ Industry experience in telecom and/or utilities (preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of RA tools and large dataset management
✔️ Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
