Salesforce Analytics Developer

Salt is currently representing a growing Salesforce Partner who are working with a range of large customers in Dubai.

They are urgently looking for a Salesforce Developer with expertise in CRM Analytics. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions with a focus on analytics capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce CRM solutions with a focus on analytics, leveraging Salesforce Analytics Cloud (Einstein Analytics) and other analytics tools.
• Architect scalable and efficient analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics insights to provide actionable insights for business users.
• Customize and extend Salesforce CRM functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other development tools.
• Perform data modelling and optimization to enhance data quality, integrity, and performance within the Salesforce CRM environment.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems for data synchronization and analytics purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends related to CRM analytics and data visualization.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and administrators within the team.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define analytics strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with organizational goals

Key skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customising Salesforce
• At least x1 project working with CRM Analytics
• Technical expertise with the Salesforce platform
