Salt is representing one of the largest conglomerates in the Middle East. They are looking to appoint a Salesforce Specialist to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their sales and marketing requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of the organization, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce data architecture, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to implement and integrate third-party applications and tools with Salesforce.
  • Provide user support and training on Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices to ensure effective adoption and utilization by the sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage and data quality to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance.
