SAP Project Manager – Human Capital Management

I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP HCM Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformation initiatives that directly impact the HR and payroll landscape of a Big 4 Consulting Group here in the Middle East.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources
• Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, Payroll, SuccessFactors)
• Oversee change management, training, and user adoption strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and third-party vendors
• Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and ensure compliance with governance standards

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on SAP HCM
• Strong understanding of HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll
• Experience in integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP or SAP Activate certification is advantageous
