SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

⌛ 6-month initial contract – with extensions

I am looking to speak to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join my client on an initial 6-month contract in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be based in the UAE and available to visit the client site daily. This senior role requires expertise in Employee Central and its integration with SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert in the EC module and have comprehensive knowledge of Foundation, Workflows, and Benefits functionality.
• Manage and execute data migration tasks effectively.
• Configure and manage BIB (Business Integration Builder) to meet project requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP Payroll and its integration with Employee Central.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across all SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide guidance and best practices for workflows and module interdependencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver project objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM.
• Proven expertise in data migration and BIB configuration.
• Solid understanding of SAP Payroll integration with Employee Central.
• Knowledge of how various SAP SuccessFactors modules interact with one another.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be UAE-based and available for daily onsite client visits.
