Senior Research Scientist

We’re looking for an experienced machine learning researcher to define and drive our ML research strategy.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to pioneer and prototype innovative methods for testing and evaluating cutting-edge AI systems-while also leveraging advanced AI to enhance these processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research at various stages of the ML pipeline, including training data, pre-training, and model training.
• Develop and prototype novel evaluation methods for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to scale effective tools for responsible AI deployment.
• Design and implement models that drive meaningful real-world impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of innovation in machine learning, demonstrated through first-author publications or impactful projects.
• Ability to define and drive a research agenda, including selecting high-impact problems and independently managing long-term projects.
• Experience developing novel techniques for ML model evaluation and mitigation.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally across research and product teams.
