Agile Scrum Master to lead offshore teams of developers, engineers, testers

This is a remote working role, with some travel to a GCC country required to meet the stakeholders. Highly likely this contract will extend.

Candidate Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must be certified Scrum Master with experience in sAFE
• Must be fluent in English
• Manages each project’s scope and timeline.
• Coordinates sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Coaches team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Serves as the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
• Works with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolves conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Helps teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guides development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Helps build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
• Works with stakeholders to create, maintain, and prioritize product and iteration backlogs for maximum efficiency.
• Motivates stakeholders and maintains an intense focus on delivering positive outcomes.
• Facilitates meetings for such things as team cadence, cross platform coordination, discovery, framing, and stakeholder governance.
• Supports the team by working toward the removal of obstacles and distractions.
• Develops written and oral correspondence of outstanding quality.
• Identifies, tracks, manages, and reduces the impact of risks and issues.
