Salt is currently working with a Global ServiceNow Elite Partner who are showing dominance in the GCC market! They are looking for a number of Senior ServiceNow professionals to lead their projects and continue to grow the practice in Qatar or Saudi!

This role offers the opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries, providing strategic guidance, leading complex projects, and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients drive digital transformation and enhance their business operations through ServiceNow’s suite of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver superior client outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction, foster client relationships, and guide engagements to drive value.
• Develop sector expertise and contribute to intellectual capital development in your area.
• Innovate problem-solving approaches and focus on value-driven client initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and financial metrics, driving measurable outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated situations calmly.
• Lead proposal development, assembling cross-functional teams to support sales efforts.
• Stay current on ServiceNow trends, using this knowledge to drive innovative solutions for clients.
• Design ServiceNow strategies and architectures, ensuring business-IT alignment.
• Lead IT process automation efforts to improve service delivery and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in ServiceNow or related consulting/industry roles, with expertise in digital transformation and enterprise software.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects (12+ resources).
• Industry expertise in sectors like Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI, or TMT.
• Strong business development skills and experience presenting to senior executives.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, TOGAF, Lean, Six Sigma, ServiceNow Certified Implementer).
