Starting NOW, you’ll be ready to go, have HR experience and a naturally meticulous operator who has a passion for what they do and supporting where they can.
YOUR DAY:
- Supporting the Head of People and Culture with HR reporting
- Recruitment support including management of advertising
- Data entry of new starters
- Onboarding support (IT setup etc)
- Meeting minutes for HR Manager
- Each day will vary!
WHO AM I AND WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME
- GREAT opportunity to get security (role is for at least 3 months – ideally until Oct) yet potential perm opportunities for the right person
- Flexible working – you may want to start early or later (40 hour week) – make it work for you!
Remote working available once up and running - Amazing team and people – bring your personality to work!
- You will have proven HR experience (HR Administration is fine if exposure to fast paced environment)
- System savvy – ability to pick up new systems and able to use initiative
- Naturally meticulous and people-centric – ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
