Our client is a leader within the education industry where there are loads of opportunities so fantastic for someone to get that exciting foot in the door! Starting NOW, you’ll be ready to go, have HR experience and a naturally meticulous operator who has a passion for what they do and supporting where they can.

YOUR DAY:

  • Supporting the Head of People and Culture with HR reporting
  • Recruitment support including management of advertising
  • Data entry of new starters
  • Onboarding support (IT setup etc)
  • Meeting minutes for HR Manager
  • Each day will vary!

WHO AM I AND WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME

  • GREAT opportunity to get security (role is for at least 3 months – ideally until Oct) yet potential perm opportunities for the right person
  • Flexible working – you may want to start early or later (40 hour week) – make it work for you!
    Remote working available once up and running

  • You will have proven HR experience (HR Administration is fine if exposure to fast paced environment)
  • System savvy – ability to pick up new systems and able to use initiative
  • Naturally meticulous and people-centric – ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
