THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is one of New Zealand’s Healthcare leaders. They provide shared services across the Northern Region to ensure that all the hospitals in the area have all the services and products to improve the healthcare for every New Zealander. One of the services they offer is providing payroll services to 20,000 employers across the region. Their Payroll Shared Service which includes Call Centre, Mailroom and Filing Room now have an exciting opportunity in a vital role providing them with support.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working alongside others this busy role will keep you on your toes
· Receiving and processing all inbound calls and emails
· Redirecting the logged calls or enquiries to the appropriate team members
· Performing administrative tasks e.g., correspondence, printing, and filing
· Receiving, logging, sorting, and distributing mail and faxes
· Maintaining Courier timetables
· Raising requisitions for supplies and entering stock into the inventory.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
