Remuera Temporary / 5 Weeks NZ$30 - NZ$32 per hour

Looking for a receptionist who is confident working independently, takes things in their stride and uses their initiative. This role is a 5 week temporary assignment, full time to cover reception and support two surgeons in their daily work. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

What tasks will you be doing in reception?

Managing reception – greeting and assisting patients

Answering the phones – assisting with enquiries and making bookings

Taking payments via eftpos

Preparing weekly clinic appointments for both surgeons

Accurate transcriptions of patient letters sent to the correct people

Updating referrals and loading these profiles into the system

Who are you?

Empathetic, confident, independent worker

Have an excellent phone manner

Someone who can transcribe efficiently

Ideally have experience working in a medical clinic

Experience working in reception or administration
