A bit about the role and you:

  • Setting up new employees in the system involving data entry/input
  • ADHOC admin duties when required
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years Payroll experience
  • Comfortable with operating in a high-paced environment
  • Phone-based customer service when required
  • Basic understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation
  • Ability to read and understand data
  • Ability to pull data together to transfer over to the client’s system
  • Accounts Payable experience working with high medium to high volumes
