Senior PR Manager

Our client, a fast-growing PR agency, is on the lookout for an Account Director to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will:

– Utilize your strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

– Bring your extensive agency background and experience managing multiple clients to effectively handle client portfolios.

– Take the lead in guiding and motivating a team towards achieving success.

– Thrive in high-pressure situations, delivering efficient and productive work.

– Display interest and preferably have experience in editorial work.

A typical day in this role would involve:

– Assisting the Managing Director and General Manager in developing workflow strategies and implementing successful PR campaigns.

– Ability to front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly

– Organizes, generates and disseminates reports (work-in-progress / contact reports / budgetary), billing and cost estimates

– Driving growth within the PR team and collaborating with cross-functional business units to achieve collective goals.

– Overseeing the overall account health, offering strategic counsel, and providing support to ensure client satisfaction..

– Managing profitability and financial aspects of assigned accounts.
