NegotiableSalt is looking to hire an ‘Account Manager’ for a 3-month contract period here in Singapore.
Duties:
· Drive the adoption of Customer Experience platform at large enterprises in Malaysia.
· Build executive level relationships within the marketing field as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of marketing executives and end users
· Build executive & mid-level relationships within IT (CIO/CTO) as well as support the sale of Digital Marketing solutions
· Collaboration with the different business units & functional teams (Solution Consulting, Professional Services, etc) to provide clients a clear understanding of our advantages and why they should choose our products
· Assess how best to apply effort to support overachieving the assigned quota every quarter, aligned to our linearity and annual targets
Skills:
· Coming from an Account management and client facing role particularly from a Tech business.
· Contribute to regular reviews and feedback where appropriate and share knowledge and best practice across the team
· Good prioritization of workload, ensuring that all commitments are met
· Good understanding and effective communication of opportunity/risk within client campaigns
· Good understanding of client business and excellent client management and relationship skills
· Ability to flag and control under/over achievement of client goals in a timely fashion and good business acumen
· Excellent verbal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
· Core knowledge of the client’s industry, environment & economics
