Operations Support Specialist

SALT is hiring Operations Support Specialist for a Social Media client on a 6-month & renewable contract role. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operations within the telecommunications department by managing invoices, handling escalations, and assisting with key projects.

What you’ll do:

• Invoice Management: Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures.
• Operational Escalations: Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions.
• Project Assistance: Support the Telco Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations.
• Vendor Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes related to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience
• Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
