Our client is a global technology player. As they are growing within the region, we are seeking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the teams to new heights.

In this role, you will be given the autonomy on run multiple full project cycles.

What can you expect from the role?

• Project planning and management – you will work with other experienced project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverable. Beyond that, you get to identify the resources needed, setting time-lines, and monitoring the project progress. The team practice daily stand-ups and having weekly project management meeting.
• Team collaboration – you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as delivery team, business analysts, project management office.
• Risk management – you get to identify the potential risks of the project and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder communication – you will be a key person for project-related communications. Regular update is vital on the project status.
• Resource allocation – with the full visibility of the project, you get to allocate resources in the areas of manpower, technological and financial.
• Continuous improvement – as the company has been growing, it is essential for you incorporate feedback, review project outcomes, and implement improvement strategies.

What is required to apply this role?

• Prior experience in managing programs/projects from mid to large size projects.
• Has good experience in managing various technical projects in the areas of software development, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Having good commercial sense in project budgeting will be a bonus
