Marketing Administrative Specialist

Salt Talent is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist for a 12 month months contract role.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of channel marketing activities, including contracts, agreements, and partner documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of channel marketing events, meetings, and trainings, including scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and catering.
• Support the dissemination of marketing communications and materials to channel partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
• Assist in data entry and maintenance of marketing databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes
• Assist with budget tracking for channel marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of marketing materials and services, and manage vendor relationships effectively

What You need:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in marketing or channel marketing/management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
