We’re hiring on behalf of one of the world’s most recognizable tech and entertainment companies-known for its innovative services and dynamic ecosystem across music, TV, games, fitness, and more. As they continue to grow their subscription services and global user base, they’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their Customer Lifecycle Marketing team and focus on acquisition and activation campaigns that span on-device messaging and email.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead acquisition and win back marketing strategies through highly coordinated email and in-app campaigns, using segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers to drive measurable growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of customer communications-from intake and creative review to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Build and maintain internal-facing campaign trackers, reporting decks, and project timelines to ensure visibility and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in creative, legal, PR, strategy, and analytics to bring campaigns to life and adapt on the fly.
  • Conduct campaign creative reviews (including prod testing, UAT screenshots, and video assets) and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Review promotional materials across channels-digital, social, and talent-facing-ensuring brand alignment and compliance.
  • Gather and analyze post-campaign metrics and identify key learnings for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc team support during coverage gaps (e.g., vacations, pending hires) and serve as a trusted interim lead when needed.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing, ideally in a subscription-based or digital product environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience executing email and in-app messaging campaigns using modern CRM tools.
  • Strong project management chops with the ability to juggle timelines, priorities, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • A strategic mindset paired with creative instincts-you can craft campaigns that resonate while staying grounded in performance data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed organization, where communication and collaboration are key.
  • Highly organized with the ability to anticipate needs, drive decision-making, and proactively remove roadblocks.
  • Confident communicator and storyteller, with excellent skills in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel, and Word.
  • A true pop culture enthusiast who understands what consumers care about and how to capture attention.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
