We’re partnering with a world-renowned technology and digital media company-known for redefining the way we connect, consume, and experience content. This global brand continues to evolve its suite of media and entertainment services, delivering experiences that are both personal and powerful.

As part of their rapidly growing marketing operations group, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer journey execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling personalized, on-device messaging that reaches millions of users across a range of services-including streaming, subscriptions, apps, payments, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, supporting cross-functional teams in building and launching lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop, test, and deploy multi-channel communications-including in-app messaging and automated campaigns-to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with growth marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to align goals and ensure seamless delivery of customer communications.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and iterative improvements that drive measurable growth.
  • Monitor live campaigns for operational health and proactively resolve any issues to maintain high performance and reliability.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, tooling gaps, and performance bottlenecks-and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to a knowledge portal of best practices, processes, and playbooks to support team onboarding and operational consistency.
  • Communicate effectively across time zones and departments to ensure clarity, alignment, and forward momentum on high-impact initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of hands-on lifecycle or growth marketing experience, with a proven track record of launching high-performing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and structured thinking; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a reputation for delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and resilient-you thrive in dynamic environments and handle ambiguity with ease.
  • Strong communication skills across mediums (Slack, email, video calls, presentations).
  • A collaborative mindset with strong team awareness-you understand how your work impacts others.
  • A deep interest in consumer tech, digital services, and media ecosystems.

Preferred Background

  • BA/BS degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Familiarity with large-scale global marketing operations and matrixed teams is a plus.
  • A passion for cutting-edge digital experiences across entertainment, news, fitness, finance, and app ecosystems.
