A global tech platform is launching its U.S. presence after years of international success and is building a founding team to drive growth in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Backed by strong fundamentals and significant traction across 13 global markets, the company is expanding its digital marketing capabilities and looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own online paid strategy across key acquisition and retention channels.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a founding U.S. team, with the support of an established, high-growth business – ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives on both strategy and execution.
Own the strategy, execution, and performance of online paid channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
Work closely with local teams and international stakeholders to localize campaigns and optimize performance across markets.
Analyze media performance and user behavior data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Plan and manage media budgets to maximize ROI across platforms and products.
Embrace a test-and-learn mindset – uncovering new growth levers and channel opportunities through experimentation.
Contribute to campaign planning, creative development, and full-funnel user journey optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
7+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns for digital platforms or e-commerce products.
Proven success managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
Proficient in analytics and attribution tools (e.g., GA, Search Console, Branch.io, or Appsflyer).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and apply them to campaign strategy.
Comfort with early-stage environments, where building from the ground up is expected.
Hands-on, results-driven, and energized by autonomy and ownership.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.
This role can be based in Texas or remote from anywhere in the U.S., with the ability to travel regularly to Austin for team collaboration and market alignment.
