SEO Program Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned SEO Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and wants to play a central role in shaping how millions of people discover world-class digital experiences – both via organic search and emerging AI-driven journeys.

This role is combining analytical skill, strategic thinking, and flawless execution. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, engineering, product, and content, helping push the boundaries of what SEO looks like in the age of AI.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and drive organic search strategy across digital platforms for globally recognized products and services.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO excellence from day one of every launch.
• Lead the SEO project backlog, prioritizing and executing initiatives that impact visibility and revenue.
• Monitor search trends and AI developments to deliver forward-thinking, insight-driven recommendations.
• Develop and evolve content strategies to align with AI search experiences and conversational interfaces.
• Track performance and report on KPIs to show real impact on brand visibility and business growth.
• Be the internal SEO advocate – inspiring stakeholders across teams and geographies.

What we’re looking for:

• 5-7 years of SEO experience in a global enterprise or top-tier agency.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of international SEO and best practices for major search engines.
• Fluency in SEO analytics tools and strong data storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with AI search behavior and experience adapting strategies for emerging technologies.
• Strategic mindset with a laser-sharp eye for detail.
• Self-starter who excels in cross-functional collaboration and independent execution.
• Experience working with premium global brands is a plus
