Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team where your precision and passion for numbers will keep the financial wheels turning smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing

· Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments)

· Manage daily beneficiaries and event payouts

· Maintain international payouts and process buyer refunds

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure account accuracy

· Ensure documents are signed and stored in line with approval flows

· Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile supplier accounts

· Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register

· Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets

· Assist with audit preparation and tax processes

· Stay current with accounting regulations and best practices

What You’ll Need

· Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting (essential)

· National Diploma in Financial Accounting or BCom (advantageous)

· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

· Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred)

· Solid understanding of accounting principles

· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Great organisational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Discretion and professionalism when handling financial data
