Finance Manager

This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on the technical and strategic financial aspects of product performance, without people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and decision making for core products.
• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts related to product performance.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and margins to identify growth opportunities or inefficiencies.
• Assess product level performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for your portfolio.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting, compliance with financial standards, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and finance teams to improve business impact.

Required qualification and experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
• Experience in a financial services or lending environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with financial systems is a plus (no specific software experience required).
