Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- New Employee Setup: Capture and verify personal and job-related information, handle salary calculations, and integrate data across systems.
- Batch Imports: Prepare, import, and reconcile data for various accounts and incentives.
- Manual Processing: Ensure accurate handling of payroll adjustments, deductions, and compensation changes.
- Transfers & Terminations: Manage employee transfers between companies, handle terminations, and ensure accurate final payments.
- InfoSlips & Payslips: Extract, upload, and manage payslips; assist with any related queries.
- Monthly Reports: Generate and distribute various payroll reports; handle ad hoc requests.
- Payroll Support: Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, and employees, addressing queries and issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed BCom Degree
- 2 – 4 years payroll experience
- VIP Payroll experience
- Strong excel skills
