Administration, Allocation, and Reconciliation:
Managing all Agent and Online bookings
Daily processing of bookings
Ensuring proper suite inventory management
Monitoring client payments and providing regular feedback
Supplying payment status information to departments and the sales team
Preparing and distributing the Daily Sales Report
Assisting in internal business processes and administration
Operations:
Implementing and overseeing suite/area checklists
Managing guests and clients effectively
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety protocols
Finance:
Compiling monthly commission reports
Assisting with client invoicing when necessary
Handling Purchase Orders and E-requisitions
Loading and reconciling expenses (including Travel claims and Credit card)
Providing support to the sales team with invoicing tasks
Divisional Administration:
Assisting with various administrative needs
Managing suite renewals, including client communication, contract drafting, and invoicing
Overseeing smaller events (below 150 pax)
Handling driver requests and assisting with proposal and tender documentation
Customer Relations:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries with a 12-hour response time
Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure efficient processes
Managing ticket distribution and overseeing the ticketing process
Building strong relationships with key customers and assisting with suite renewals
Adhoc Inventory Responsibilities:
Hosting suites as required at various events
Willingness to work at Hospitality events nationwide
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong project administration skills
Exceptional administration skills
Proficiency in Excel and numeracy
Effective time management
Clear and concise communication skills across all levels
Ability to interpret and work with spreadsheets

Education and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 3 years of working experience
Solid experience managing large supplier accounts
