Key Requirements:

✔ BA (Hons) Psychology (mandatory)
✔ 8+ years in a managerial role
✔ Expertise in strategy execution, operations, and financial management
✔ Strong background in Employee Wellness Programs (EWP) & the corporate sector
✔ Proven experience in team leadership, performance measurement, and staff development
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔ Valid driver’s license & own vehicle (essential)
